The disclosed gas analyzer is provided with a gas introduction unit having a gas introduction port for introducing a sample gas, a gas separation unit having a microcolumn for separating the components of the sample gas supplied from the gas introduction unit, and a gas detection unit for detecting the gas components separated by means of the gas separation unit. A stationary phase is disposed on the wall surface of an internal channel of the microcolumn, said stationary phase comprising a polar material having a dielectric constant of 10 or more at 30C.</p>
