The dowel (1) has a base body designed as a pipe (4), where a continuous threaded section (5') of a hollow screw (5) is provided within the pipe. A screw head (7) is provided outside an end of the pipe and comprises an internal thread (7'). A grouting body (9) is led in an idle end region of the threaded section within the pipe and exhibits frustum-shaped contour. A screw head-side mounting portion (11) is provided for mounting outside lying components. An adaptor (18) is positioned in the idle end region of the threaded section and encloses a free end of the pipe.
