PURPOSE: A sole and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent shoes from being taken off while walking or running. CONSTITUTION: A sole comprises a hard part and a soft part. The hard part(110) is made of a hard rubber material. A flexible part(101) is flexible by the bending occurring during walking or running. A penetration hole(111) is formed to be penetrated in the flexible part. A soft part(120) is made of a soft material to the front end from the lower center of the hard part.
