PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit for a vehicular automatic transmission capable of effectively restraining troubles caused by foreign bodies mixed into oil in a case, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit unit for a vehicular automatic transmission includes an electronic circuit body 10 wherein a first circuit side terminal 14A and a second circuit side terminal 14b are projected in opposite directions, a first connector CA having a first wire side terminal 20A and a terminal retaining section 30A, a second connector CB having a second wire side terminal 20B and a terminal retaining section 30B, a cover 38 for connecting between the both connectors CA, CB, and a base member 50 where the electronic circuit body 10 and both connectors CA, CB are mounted. The cover 38 constitutes a cover member 60 integrally connected with the both connectors CA, CB, by locating between them and covers the electronic circuit body 10 from an opposite side of a mounting surface 52 by holding the electronic circuit body 10 when the electronic circuit body 10 and the cover member 60 are mounted on the mounting surface 52.
