<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure capable of sufficiently securing durability of a double row tapered roller bearing unit 2 by preventing abrasion dust generated based on rubbing of an inner diameter side rotary ring 17a constituting a labyrinth seal 15a and an inner ring 3 from entering an internal space 11 of the bearing unit 2, in the structure adopting the labyrinth seal 15a capable of minimizing rotational resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In this sealing device, a base end part of a seal lip 31 is fixed to a bent part 30 formed in a portion closer to the radial outside of a rotary circular ring part 24 constituting the inner diameter side rotary ring 17a.
