<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of maintaining enough airtightness between a housing of a connector and a cable, with a sheath of the cable molten down as little as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A melting member 37 is inserted into a cable insertion hole 34 through a first insertion part 39 and is pressed while being vibrated to a first pressing rest part 40 to have a tip part of the melting member 37 in contact with the first pressing rest part 40 molten, and molten resin as the molten member 37 is poured into a gap 36 between cables 2a to 2c and an airtight block 35 to cover the surroundings of the cables 2a to 2c with the molten resin, so that airtightness is maintained between the airtight block 35 and the cables 2a to 2c. A part of the airtight block 35 is made transparent, so that a filling state of the molten resin into the gap 36 is to be visually confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
