<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally lighten an optical conductor, while maintaining the thickness required for the optical conductor as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting system includes an organic EL (electroluminescent) element and the optical conductor equipped with an incidence plane on which light emitted from the organic EL element is incident and an emission plane from which the light incident upon the incidence plane is emitted and which has a first emission plane opposite to the incidence plane and a second emission plane intersecting with the first emission plane, wherein both the first and second emission planes of the optical conductor are curved surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
