<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibrator that obtains a diagnostic image of high image quality and high definition by reducing multiple reflection and sound pressure deterioration caused between electrode layers, an ultrasonic probe using the same, and an ultrasonic medical image diagnostic device. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibrator has a piezoelectric layer and an electrode layer laminated alternately by three or more layers in a thickness direction, wherein the piezoelectric layer is composed of an organic non-conductive polymer material and the electrode layer is composed of an organic conductive polymer material. The organic conductive polymer material has a smaller acoustic impedance value than the organic non-conductive polymer material, and a thickness of the electrode layer is 0.25 to 5% of an average thickness of piezoelectric layers in contact with the electrode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
