<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning containing vegetable particles having characteristic good ingredient texture feeling, palatability and taste of onion, garlic, radish, Welsh onion, etc., in spite of use of granular dried vegetables (for example, granular dried onion, granular dried garlic, granular dried radish and granular dried Welsh onion) as raw materials. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid seasoning is added with granular dried vegetables having a particle diameter of 0.1-10.0 mm, mixed under stirring for 1-120 min while heating at 10-80°C for 1-120 min or without heating to uniformly disperse the granular dried vegetables to whole liquid seasoning, thermally sterilized by heating at 50-120°C for 10 sec to 30 min, and finally filled in a packaging container in a state containing the vegetable particles uniformly dispersed in the whole liquid seasoning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
