<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a radio communication system that suitably reduces interference; a radio base station; a network controller; and a communication control method. <P>SOLUTION: An LTE base station 10-1 includes measurement start time and a measurement period for an interference amount as time information associated with time of interference occurrence in an LI message as interference control information, and transmits them to the other LTE base station. Meanwhile, when the LTE base station 10-1 receives LI messages from the other LTE base station, the LTE base station 10-1 targets only an LI message whose corresponding measurement time zone overlaps with an effective period as an object to be totaled among the received LI messages, and performs control for interference reduction on the basis of a totaling result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
