<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management device which can register and manage an electronic apparatus to efficiently manage power, and to provide an electronic apparatus, and a method of managing power. <P>SOLUTION: The power management device includes a management apparatus register which certifies an electronic apparatus connected to a power network and registers the apparatus that succeeded in certification as a management apparatus; a control unit which controls the operation of the management apparatus and the power supply to the management apparatus; a management apparatus information acquiring section which acquires at least any of apparatus information including identification information specific to the electronic apparatus, information that shows the operating situation of the electronic apparatus, information that shows the use situation of the electronic apparatus, and power information in the electronic apparatus, as management apparatus information, from the management apparatus, and an apparatus state determining device which determines the state of the management apparatus, based on the management apparatus information that the management apparatus information acquiring section has acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
