PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control customizing operation of each UI part for each user.

SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus which is connected through a network to an image forming apparatus which stores a UI file containing UI parts having an attribute and operation program, is equipped with: an input means to input user information; a reading means to read the UI file; a control means to control customizable operation to the UI parts based on the level corresponding to input user information and the level assigned to the target UI parts to be customized; a display a means to display a customizable operation controlled by the control means; and a writing means to write the UI file in which the customized UI parts are reflected to the image forming apparatus after the UI parts are customized by the customizable operation.
