<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always monitor partial discharge of a continuous operation electric device, and to always monitor even in the case of vehicle mounted equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A diagnosis device includes: an analyzer that performs spectrum analysis on an output of a sensor disposed near the electric apparatus; a data table in which an output of a load detector for a motor and an output of the spectrum analyzer are stored; a first device that obtains a correlation coefficient from a plurality of data concerning the magnitudes of a spectrum relevant to a specific frequency, which is obtained by the spectrum analyzer, out of data stored in the data table, and a plurality of data of a load obtained at a measuring time of the plurality of data; and a second device that classifies the noted spectrum relevant to the specific frequency into a spectrum of an environmental electromagnetic wave or a spectrum of an electromagnetic wave due to partial discharge from the electric apparatus on the basis of the value of the correlation coefficient obtained by the first device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
