PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a movable part to a plate spring, in structure in which at least coils and yokes are arranged on an actuator body side. SOLUTION: This active vibration control device includes: a movable part 40 inserted into an insertion hole 21 of a bottomed-cylindrical fixed side yoke 20 provided inside of an actuator body 11 and to be driven for displacement along the center axis O; a movable side yoke 50 provided in the movable part 40; and an annular coil 30 provided between the fixed side yoke 20 and the movable side yoke 50. The movable side yoke 50 is arranged to be inserted with a magnetic gap G between a bottom part 24 and itself by a through hole 24a provided in the bottom part 24 of the fixed side yoke 20. The movable part 40 is arranged between a first plate spring 61 and a second plate spring 62 provided in the actuator body 11 and is fitted by fixing members 45 and 46, so that the movable part 40 is driven for displacement, while elastically supported by the first plate spring 61 and the second plate spring 62.
