PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent upsizing of a configuration and cost increase in all of connecting units and electronic equipment with the connecting units mounted thereon, and also to prevent a harness and a short-circuit line from causing unbundling which brings bad operability, in the connecting unit in which a connecting objective is connected to a connector by the harness, and at the same time an interval between two specific terminals in the connector is short-circuited by the short-circuit line. SOLUTION: The harness 13 for connecting a battery with one side connected to a backup battery and the short-circuit line 23 are connected to the connector 15 at the side of a battery unit. One of the harness 13 for connecting the battery and the short-circuit line 23, for example, the short-circuit line 23 is wound up around another, for example, the harness 13 for connecting the battery.
