PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in removing an oil-and-fat component and the like and to reduce energy consumption. SOLUTION: This oil-and-fat recovering filter has a plurality of ring-shaped filter members 1, 1a,... separatably superposed at intervals in the vertical direction, and a cover 3 separatably disposed on the uppermost ring-shaped filter member 1b and covering its central opening section 2. The ring-shaped filter members 1, 1a,... have means for keeping a distance between inner and outer peripheral wall sections 4, 5 inclined in the opposite directions, flow channels 6, 6a,... for making a passing exhaust gas meander, are formed among the ring-shaped filter members 1, 1a,.. by the distance-keeping means, and the filters capable of allowing the exhaust gas to flow into the meandering flow channels 6, 6a,... from both of inner and outer sides, are disposed in an exhaust passage. The plurality of meandering flow channels 6, 6a,... are arranged in the vertical direction, and suction force can be acted on all of their outflow ports, thus the exhaust gas can flow in all of the meandering flow channels 6, 6a,..., the efficiency in removing the oil-and-fat component can be improved, and energy can be saved.
