PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional cargo handling vehicle uses a spring biasing force for maintaining a state of being fast fixed, so that the state of the cargo handling vehicle being fast fixed is easily and forcedly released by swinging force applied on undercarriage in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: In a cargo handling vehicle of this invention, a pair of fastening devices 18, 19, in conjunction with the rotative movement of the rotating member 14 of a fastening device 13, are led from a handling frame 6 side to a dump frame 5 side, while the led fastening devices 18, 19 are led into the opening parts of the fastening receiving cradles 24, 25 of the dump frame 5 side, thereby their state of being fastened is achieved. This structure allows the undercarriage to sustain almost no influence from the vertical force of agitation applied thereto, and makes it difficult for the state of the cargo handling vehicle being fastened to be forcedly released from the fastened state, thereby the fastened state is kept stabilized, achieving a cargo handling vehicle 1 excellent in safety.
