<p>A control method for controlling the cooking level of attainment controls the cooking level of attainment through measuring the change velocity of the temperature. A cooking method using the control method is also disclosed. Compared with the prior art, through adjusting the heating device based on the change velocity of the temperature, this invention can control the cooking level of attainment more directly, more duly, and more accurately.</p> |
