The method involves melting secondary aluminum (S14) to provide a casting material for die casting of a body part (S16), where the secondary aluminum consists of iron contents more than 0.22 weight percentage and less than 0.6 weight percentage and copper contents less than 7.4 weight percentage. Pure aluminum or aluminum hardener is added to the casting material when exceeding a preset threshold value for concentration of an alloying constituent used in secondary aluminum and/or in the casting material.
