A determining unit determines measurement for distance between an alarm device (1) and a remote control device (2), where the alarm device includes a motion sensor. The remote control device is arranged such that the determining unit extends in an operating mode of the system. The remote control device is activated such that the determined measurement for the distance exceeds a predetermined threshold value. A generating unit is triggered for generating acoustic alarms.
