<p>Disclosed is a macromolecule actuator driver apparatus that recovers, upon discharging of a macromolecule actuator, electric charges accumulated in the macromolecule actuator upon charging thereof, and that is provided with: an electromagnetic coil, a diode, and a capacitor arranged in series with one of the electrodes of the macromolecule actuator; a switch arranged between the junction of the electromagnetic coil and the diode, and a ground; a current detection unit that detects discharge current coming from the macromolecule actuator and flowing through the electromagnetic coil; and a recovery signal generation unit that generates a recovery signal for closing/opening the switch, and controlling the recovery of electric charges from the macromolecule actuator into the capacitor. The recovery signal generation unit controls the frequency of the recovery signal so as to bring the phase of the recovery signal to be generated by the recovery signal generation unit closer to the phase of the discharge current detected by the current detection unit.</p> |
