<p>Disclosed are: a vanadium-oxide-containing glass material having low resistivity and a large absolute value of a temperature coefficient of resistivity; and an infrared ray sensor in which the glass material is used as a bolometer. The glass material comprises a crystal phase and an amorphous phase, wherein the crystal phase comprises at least MxV2O5 crystals and V2O5 crystals, M in the formula represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Cu, Ag, Au, Ga and In, and the amorphous phase contains vanadium, phosphorus and oxygen.</p> |
