CAPACITOR HAVING A LEAD-OUT CABLE FORMED BY INJECTION-MOULDING AND ITS METHOD FOR INJECTION-MOULDING

A capacitor having a lead-out cable formed by injection-moulding and its method for injection-moulding are disclosed, wherein the capacitor includes a capacitor body (1) having a capacitor core at its interior, the upper end surface of the capacitor body (1) has a jointing soldered dot (6) which is connected with the capacitor core and the lower end of a lead-out cable (4), the jointing soldered dot (6) is provided on a lead-out cover (2), a periphery ring (9) of the lead-out cover (2) encloses the jointing soldered dot (6) therein, the injection-moulding plastics material (8) is filled into the periphery ring (9) of the lead-out cover (2), and the lead-out cable(4) is located in said injection-moulded plastics material (8). The structure of the capacitor is simplified, and does not require a lead-out locating sleeve, thus simplifying manufacture of the capacitor and reducing costs.
