BUFFER AND DRIVING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A buffer and a driving method thereof are provided to obtain stability against the process deviation of a transistor. CONSTITUTION: A first transistor(P1) transmits a first power voltage(VGH) to an output terminal(N3) according to an input voltage. A second transistor(P2) transmits a reverse voltage(INb) to the output terminal. A capacitor is connected to a gate of the transistor. A first level or second level voltage is inputted to the capacitor according to an input voltage. A buffer includes a third transistor which transmits a second power voltage to the gate of the second transistor according to the input voltage.
