<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor having stable output characteristics in which offset is not generated in an output signal after correction, even if the X-axis intercept of the output signal from a temperature sensor is changed. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor has a constitution for storing correction data to be offset-adjusted at a prescribed reference temperature into ROM 134, in a temperature correction circuit 136 and for correcting the fluctuations due to the temperature change in an angular velocity output signal by the correction data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
