<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a radio communication system that suitably reduces interference; a radio base station; a network controller; and a communication control method. <P>SOLUTION: An LTE base station 10-1 accords transmission of an LI message via an X2 connection priority over transmission of the LI message via an S1 connection when the X2 connection with the other LTE base station is established. Specifically, in a state where only the S1 connection is initially established and the X2 connection is not established, the LTE base station 10-1 transmits the LI message to the other LTE base station via the S1 connection and an MME 20, but transmits the LI message to the other LTE base station via the X2 connection when the X2 connection is established thereafter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
