PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hologram sheet reproducing a hologram reproduced image on different wavelength from an illuminating light source of the interior of a room or the like, by applying a voltage while it cannot be normally visualized, so as to enhance the genuineness of the hologram sheet using a hologram. SOLUTION: An electroluminescence element layer is provided on a hologram forming layer, and the electroluminescence element layer has the shape of hologram relief. Consequently, only when a predetermined voltage is applied, a hologram of predetermined visual light wavelength stands out in space.
