PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film inductor element which is a convoluted shape of two rolls and sterically intersects in one portion, and to make the characteristics of the thin-film inductor element when it is viewed from both end sides, to be substantially uniform. SOLUTION: The thin-film inductor element 13 includes an annularly arranged exterior upper layer wire 14, having one part lacked on an insulating film; an annularly arranged interior upper layer wire 15, having one part on the same side as an inside of the exterior upper layer wire 14 lacked on the insulating film; and a lower layer wire 16, arranged connected to one end of the exterior upper layer wire 14 and one end of the interior upper layer wire 15 under the insulating film. In this case, since the length of the exterior upper layer wire 14 is equal or is substantially equal to that of the interior upper layer wire 15 and since the difference between them is small, the characteristics of the thin-film inductor element 13, when it is viewed from both the end sides can be made substantially uniform.
