PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard which has the same design carried out on a front side, an upper end surface and a backside. SOLUTION: This baseboard 1 includes a strip-shaped body plate 2 which comprises: a polymer layer 3 and a facing layer 4 provided on one surface side of the polymer layer 3; a long groove 7, which is formed by cutting off part of the polymer layer 3 in its longitudinal direction, is formed on the other surface of the polymer layer 3; first and second body plates 21 and 22, which are partitioned with the long groove 7, are connected together via the facing layer 4; the body plate 2 is folded back in the long groove 7; and the other surface sides of the first and second body plates 21 and 22 are joined together.
