PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection pipe device and an injection method for injecting as large amount of grouting agent as possible under low pressure injection into as large scope as possible efficiently. SOLUTION: In this injection method, an external injection pipe 8 with a grouting agent discharge port 8a is erected in a drilled hole 1, an internal injection pipe 9 is erected in the external injection pipe 8, a check valve 5 for opening and closing the grouting agent discharge port 8a and a columnar space water conveying member 6 covering a fixed scope L in the direction of pipe axis including the check valve 5, are attached to the external injection pipe 8, and the clearance 3 between the drilled hole 1 and the external injection pipe 8 is filled with seal grout 4.
