PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of the laminating position of substrates when a first and a second substrate used for manufacture of a display panel are positioned and stacked, and thereafter, an adhesive for the substrate applied between the substrates is solidified to complete the lamination of the substrates. SOLUTION: A manufacture apparatus of a laminated substrate includes a drive unit to move a first stage 20 and a second stage 30 relatively in the contact and separation directions, and a control unit in which when the first and the second substrate 1, 2 are stacked by control of the drive unit such that the first stage 20 and the second stage 30 are approachingly moved, a first support member 5 and a second support member 6 are laminated through an adhesive 8 for the support, having a larger adhesive force before solidified than an adhesive 3 for the substrate, applied at least on one side of a surface side of the first support member 5 supporting the first substrate 1 and a surface side of the second support member 6 supporting the second substrate 2 so as to surround the first substrate 1 or the second substrate 2.
