PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a merchandise packaging bag whose opening is easily and neatly cut when the packaging bag containing merchandise is opened. SOLUTION: In the merchandise packaging bag, a merchandise package and an original film for a merchandise packaging bag used for the bag and the package, the packaging bag is formed by sealing the four peripheral sides of a rectangular polymerized thermoplastic resin film and at least one peripheral side of the rectangle is heat welded, and either a front face film or a back face film is provided with a perforation line crossing the face and an adhesive tape is attached to the line.
