The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a head and a transducer and a chair set comprising the apparatus, wherein the apparatus can simultaneously fix the posture of the head and the position of the transducer during ultrasonography for observing aspects of movement of a mandibular joint part. The apparatus comprises: a main body unit; a head fixing unit including a forehead support unit and an occipital support unit, wherein the forehead support unit is extended downwardly from the front end of the main body unit so as to support the forehead of a patient, and the occipital support unit is extended downwardly from both sides or rear end of the main body unit so as to support the occipital part of the patient; a horizontal movement adjusting unit arranged beneath the main body unit so as to adjust the horizontal movement of a transducer; a vertical movement adjusting unit coupled to the horizontal movement adjusting unit so as to adjust the vertical movement of the transducer; and a transducer fixing unit including a transducer housing arranged at the lower end of the vertical movement adjusting unit such that the transducer is accommodated in the transducer housing.
