AUTOMATIC SAFE BRAKE APPARATUS FOR WIND DRIVEN GENERATOR

An automatic safe brake apparatus for a wind driven generator. The generator comprises a stator (2), a stator shaft (3) and a rotor (1). An electromagnetic clutch (9) is mounted on one end of the stator shaft. The electromagnetic clutch is provided with a clutch connecting plate (902) movably matched and connected with the rotor. A coil (906) of the electromagnetic clutch is connected with an inversion and relay controller (7). The inversion and relay controller is connected with a temperature and /or speed sensor of the generator. A temperature of a coil of the generator and a speed of the rotor are monitored by the sensor in real time, and a monitoring signal is sent to the inversion and relay controller in time. When over temperature or over speed signal is sent to the inversion and relay controller, the normally open clutch (9) is controlled to be closed by the inversion and relay controller and the operation of the wind driven generator is braked.
