The recreational vehicle has an assembly part (8) arranged in an area of a driver cell (6). The assembly part is fastened on a chassis (4) of a converted series vehicle. A compartment assembly (12) is formed as a form assembly, particularly made from fiber-reinforced plastic. The compartment assembly has a front wall and a base element. A supporting structure (10) has carrying profiles, which are formed as sheet metal construction units. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a compartment assembly; and (2) a supporting structure.
