<p>A method and equipment for preventing repeated refreshing of an Ethernet ring node address table are provided. When the port state of the Ethernet ring node has been changed to a block state, whether the said Ethernet ring node is a Ring Protection Link neighbour node and whether the content triggering a block is a block state protocol frame of the Ring Protection Link are judged. If the results are yes, said Ethernet ring node determines to save the refreshing recording information corresponding to the ports of its two rings. The problem that a Ring Protection Link neighbour node refreshes the address table repeatedly in the scenario of switching back of an Ethernet ring can be effectively solved through the aforementioned method and equipment, which reduces the flow broadcast during protection switching of the Ethernet ring, and improves the switching efficiency.</p> |
