PURPOSE: A light emitting diode module with a fluorescent substance sheet is provided to create any kind of desired color by forming a fluorescent substance sheet with a first and a second fluorescent substance sheet on the top of a plurality of emitting devices. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of emitting devices(100) is mounted on a printed circuit board. A fluorescent substance sheet(30) is arranged on the top of the emitting device and comprises a first and a second fluorescent substance sheet(31,32) which changes the light created in the emitting device into light with the different color alternatively corresponding to each emitting device. The first fluorescent substance sheet alternatively includes a plurality of concave parts and convex parts. The first fluorescent substance sheet and the second fluorescent substance sheet separately are manufactured and aconnected with each other.
