<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant for preventing leakage of fine powder which improves the leakage of fine powder such as toner by forming a surface seal layer by directly transplanting fibers into a cushion layer. <P>SOLUTION: The sealant 1, which is a seal material for preventing leakage of fine powder, includes the cushion layer 10 and the surface seal layer 11. The surface seal layer 11 is formed by transplanting fibers directly into the cushion layer 10. The fibers are one or more kinds of fibers selected from the group consisting of polyester-based fiber, polyamide-based fiber, polyvinyl alcohol-based fiber, polyolefin-based fiber, poly-acrylic-nitrile-based fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene-based fiber, polyurea-based fiber, wool fiber, silk fiber, cotton fiber, acetate-based fiber, rayon-based fiber, cupra fiber and carbon fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
