<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable liquid silicone rubber composition for forming a sealing member having a through-hole, which exhibits excellent resistance to damage in the vicinity of through-holes and excellent sealing properties to water or the like and to provide the sealing member having a through-hole, which exhibits excellent resistance to damage in the vicinity of the through-holes and excellent sealing properties to water or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The curable liquid silicone rubber composition includes: alkenyl group-containing liquid organopolysiloxane; reinforcing silica; organohydrogenpolysiloxane; a platinum group catalyst; liquid organopolysiloxane which is compatible with the alkenyl group-containing liquid organopolysiloxane and has no cross-linking group; and liquid organopolysiloxane which is incompatible with the alkenyl group-containing liquid organopolysiloxane and has no cross-linking group. The cured material thereof has JIS type A durometer hardness of 15-26 and tensile stress at 100% elongation of 0.25-0.60 MPa.
