SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING COMMUNICATION FACILITY INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wiring for collecting information inside a communication facility and to reduce the battery capacity required to drive a tag that sends information outside.

SOLUTION: A manhole 400 has a plurality of sensor-equipped tags 100 disposed on its wall surfaces, floor face, ceiling, and the like. The sensor-equipped tag 100 sends acquired information to a sending/receiving tag 200 installed within the manhole 400, while using a frequency that attenuates little when propagating under water. The sending/receiving tag 200 sends received sensor information using an electric wave of a different frequency (having a long propagation distance in air). A reader 300 mounted in a measuring vehicle 500 receives the sensor information sent from the sending/receiving tag 200 at predetermined time intervals.
