PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water purification apparatus which allows easy maintenance and control thereof.

SOLUTION: An inorganic agent cartridge (purification portion) 6 where an inorganic agent 6b is filled inside a case 6a, and a membrane cartridge (a membrane filtration portion) 7 which is installed separately from the inorganic agent cartridge 6 and arranged downstream of the inorganic agent cartridge 6 to catch effluent materials are provided in a main passage 31 of a purified water passage 3.
