<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: when a separation member 50 or a fuser member 44 bends due to falling of an image forming device 10 or vibration during transportation, the fuser member 44 is damaged due to interference between the separation member 50 and the fuser member 44, and a print image is deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: The fuser device 40 includes: the fuser member 44 that heats a developer on a print medium 100; a pressure member 46 that presses the fuser member 44 so as to provide a contact region therebetween; and the separation member 50 that separates the print medium 100 which is ejected from the contact region, from the fuser member 44. The separation member 50 includes: a support part for disposing it in the vicinity of the fuser member 44; a plate-like planar part Q; an inclined surface part S that is inclined toward the tip part in a thickness direction of the planar part Q; the tip part P; and a closest part that is most close to the fuser member 44. When the separation member 50 bends, not the sharp tip part P, but a boundary between the inclined surface part S or the obtuse-angled inclined surface part S and the planar part Q interferes therewith, so that the fuser member 44 is not damaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
