PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element array, an optical print head and an image forming apparatus capable of suppressing a deviation in the quantity of light that is caused between light emitting element arrays in an optical print head. SOLUTION: In the light emitting element array including a substrate, a plurality of light emitting elements, a plurality of common electrode pads and a plurality of electrode pads, the plurality of electrode pads have: a first electrode pad in which the widths of the substrate in a longitudinal direction are respectively equal; and a second electrode pad provided at an edge of a second line, wherein the width of the substrate in a longitudinal direction is smaller than the widths of the first electrode pad.
