PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a construction vehicle having high abrasion resistance, and capable of restraining the deterioration in heating performance, even when used for any of a driving wheel and a steered wheel. SOLUTION: Both lug grooves 31 positioned in both side areas 30 are arranged so that the extending direction of turning to the respective tread ends from the tire equator E side, inclines at predetermined anglesγ<SB>1</SB>andγ<SB>2</SB>from the tire circumferential direction, and are characterized in that its inclinationsγ<SB>1</SB>andγ<SB>2</SB>fall within a range of 100-135°by measuring on the obtuse angle side to the tire circumferential direction C.
