PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone transfer device that performs transfer to a transfer destination in a completely unattendant manner using two lines. SOLUTION: The telephone transfer device is characterized in connecting two lines which are a line for incoming and a line for transfer; being connected to a telephone network on a side of a transferrer (b); holding a B line by a transfer telephone device T and recording a telephone number A of a caller (a) when the caller (a) calls the B line from an external telephone set; relating and recording the number D and the telephone number A of the caller (a) when the caller (a) then sends out a telephone number D of a transfer destination (d), and holding an office line C and sending out the telephone number D of the transfer destination; and allowing the caller (a) and transfer destination (d) to start telephone communication once the transfer destination (d) lifts a receiver of a telephone set D.
