PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit of stable characteristics and excellent amplification efficiency, to provide an integrated circuit device, and to provide an electronic apparatus or the like. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit includes: a transistor 10 for amplification for outputting amplification signals VP to an output node NP; an LC load circuit 20 composed of an inductor LA and capacitors CA, CB, in which at least one of the inductance value of the inductor and the capacitance value of the capacitor is variably set; an amplitude detection circuit 30 for detecting the voltage amplitude of the amplification signals VP; and a control circuit 40 for setting at least one of the inductance value and the capacitance value on the basis of the detection result of the amplitude detection circuit 30, and executing control to bring the voltage amplitude value of the amplification signals VP close to a maximum value.
