POLYLACTIC ACID COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid composition that does not release any free isocyanate compound during a production or molding step and is excellent in heat stability and hydrolysis resistance. SOLUTION: The composition comprises: polylactic acid; a metal-containing catalyst; a deactivator based on phosphoric acid; and a ring-structured compound having a carbodiimide group wherein the first and second nitrogens thereof are bound to each other via a linking group.
