PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep part body temperature-normalizing agent having the deep part temperature-normalizing activity of elevating the lowered deep part body temperature, or recovering the modulated deep part body temperature rhythm, and a body temperature-normalizing composition containing the deep part body temperature-normalizing agent. SOLUTION: This deep part body temperature-normalizing agent capable of normalizing the deep part temperature of a living body by making the living body having the modulated deep part body temperature ingest orally and continuously for a fixed period of time or longer includes an yeast extract having≤10,000 molecular weight as the active ingredient of normalizing the deep body temperature. The body temperature-normalizing composition is provided by containing the deep part body temperature-normalizing agent as the active ingredient, further containing a sugar content, and more preferably containing further a blood stream promotor.
