PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker capable of directly making bread from grains. SOLUTION: A blade rotation shaft 52 disposed on the bottom of the bread container 50 is removably mounted with a grinding blade 54 non-rotatably connected thereto, and a dome-shaped cover 70 enclosing the grinding blade 54 and is equipped with a mixing blade 72 on the exterior surface thereof. A clutch 76 for making the cover and the blade rotation shaft a connected state or a disconnected state is interposed between the cover 70 and the blade rotation shaft 52. The bottom of the bread container 50 is formed with a recess 55 for storing the cover 70. A lid 90A for closing the upper face opening part of the recess 55 and an independent mixing blade 95 non-rotatably connected to the blade rotation shaft 52 are configured to be disposed in the bread container 50 after the grinding blade 54 and the cover 70 are removed.
