PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet, which has good durability and adhesion without crosslinking and is particularly useful as a solar cell filler. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet comprises modified ethylenic resin layers containing at least 0.01 mass% alkoxysilane as a copolymerization component, having a melting point that is 80°C or higher and 120°C or lower, and having a shear modulus at 80°C of 3×10<SP>5</SP>Pa or more, wherein the layers are laminated on the surface of at least one side of an ethylenic resin layer mainly comprising polyethylene or ethylene/α-olefin copolymer with a shear modulus at 80°C of 3×10<SP>5</SP>Pa or more.
